Terms of Service

1. Services

Pure Water Exteriors provides residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, siding cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services in the Embrun, Ontario area and surrounding communities within approximately 50km.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the scope of work differs materially upon inspection. Customers will be informed of any adjustments before work begins.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings made through our website or by phone are confirmed by email within 24 hours. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement to receive the services described at the quoted price.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. We will always work with you to find an alternative time when possible.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, e-transfer, and cheque. No deposit is required for residential bookings.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

7. Liability

Pure Water Exteriors is fully insured. While we take the utmost care on every job, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or deterioration of surfaces unrelated to our cleaning services.

8. Access & Safety

The customer is responsible for providing access to the property and to an exterior water tap for exterior cleaning services. We reserve the right to decline or suspend service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

9. Referral Program

Our referral program offers $20 off a future cleaning for each new customer referred who completes a booked service. Referral credits have no cash value and are applied to future services only. There is no limit to the number of referrals or credits earned. Pure Water Exteriors reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
